Angela Vidal Gandra da Silva Martins is the State Secretary for Family Affairs in the Brazilian Government. Previously she worked as the Legal Advisor of the Paraná Commercial Association, she was a researcher at Harvard Law School, and also a professor of Anthropological Fundamentals of Law. She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo. She earned her Master and PhD in Philosophy of Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. She is an expert of languages and she has experience in Family Business, Arbitration and International Law.
